Important note for vegetarian menu selection:


You can choose up to 6 different dishes (No more than two  of each category)  & maximum 3 salsas per meal; six in total including snacks, main, sides and dessert. 


Extra dish cost: 15 USD per dish (not per person).

Guacamole (Avocado, tomato, onion, cilantro, chile jalapeño and lime juice) 

Red sauce (Smooth tomato sauce with cilantro, chile serrano, onion and garlic)

Green sauce (Raw green tomatillo, chile serrano, cilantro, onion and garlic)

Molotes (Handmade deep fried corn tortilla filled with huitlacoche truffle or mushrooms)

Queso fundido (Melted cheese served hot with your choice of  mushrooms or plain)

Gorditas (Special corn tortilla topped with cheese, chorizo sausage, lettuce and cream)

Fresh coconut ceviche (Fresh coconut marinated in lime juice mixed with tomato, onion, cilantro and chile jalapeño)

Zetas Ceviche (Mix of sauteed zeta mushrooms with tomato, onion, cilantro marinated with lime juice)

Lime soup (citrics, tomato, roasted garlic and onion garnished with golden fried tortilla chips)

Tlalpeño soup (rice and vegetables, chipotle, melted manchego cheese and avocado)

Tortilla soup (heavy tomato, guajillo chile soup garnished with shredded chicken, avocado, cream and golden fried tortilla chips)

Caesar salad (Roman lettuce, parmesan cheese, crotons and the chef´s personal Caesar dressing recipe)

Aztec salad (Mixed lettuce, avocado, panela cheese and golden fried tortilla chips with a lime-soy vinagrette)
